Applications are invited for a postdoctoral research associate to work on the development and characterization of novel Jak3 inhibitors for the treatment of autoimmune or inflammatory disorders. The position will be based Simon Arthur’s lab in the Division of Cell Signalling and Immunology in Dundee and from part of collaboration with Nathanael Gray’s lab at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. The project will involve the biochemical characterization of covalent Jak3 inhibitors and their use to probe Jak3 function in chemical-genetic and autoimmune models. Experience of immunological and / or in vivo techniques would be an advantage. |
