Description & Details: The Parasite genomics group uses large-scale sequencing approaches to study parasitic diseases of global importance, with a particular emphasis on the neglected tropical diseases (NTDs). Existing projects within the group build on genome sequence data to address scientific questions from population genomics through to functional genomics and immunology, and include working on a range of helminth and protozoan parasites. |
