We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated postdoctoral colleague on Food Processing with a strong background in and/or affinity with fractionation and structuring of food materials. The candidate has experience in modelling food processes. Candidates for this Postdoc position should have a proactive attitude, with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility and excellent communication, social and interpersonal skills. He/she prefers working in a team and has the ability to engage with professionals in adjoining fields and other organizations. The candidates should also have affinity with education, because the Postdoc will be involved in teaching as well.

| For this position we request: • A sound background in Food Technology with emphasis on processing aspects; • Knowledge on food chemistry or food physics is preferred; • Some computational competences with instruments such a mathlab or comsol; • The candidate is required to have a PhD in Food Technology, Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering; • Preferably international experience; • Fluent in English, both written and spoken; • Experience in working in multidisciplinary teams; • A proactive attitude, with a strong sense of initiative and responsibility and excellent communication, social and interpersonal skills. |
