As a member of our Host Microbe Interactions team and wider Bioprotection Technologies group, you will carry out fundamental and applied research that will primarily involve analysing and understanding the ability of the pathogenic bacterium Psa to cause disease in kiwifruit by identifying and functionally testing the genes responsible for the interaction.
