Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have a PhD and a strong background in evolutionary microbiology, microbial phylogenetics, microbial population genetics or a related field. Experience in bioinformatic analysis of whole genome sequence data in a Linux environment is essential. Experience with GWAS analysis and/or Bayesian phylogenetic methods are preferred, but not essential.
