Description & Details:  We are seeking a highly motivated and independent postdoctoral fellow to join an ongoing project at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability (DTU Biosustain), to work on quantitative analysis of Escherichia coli phosphoproteome. The aim of the project is the reconstruction of the kinase-based regulatory network underlying metabolic adaptation.

Responsibilities and tasks 
Successful candidate will join an interdisciplinary team, which currently combines the expertise in proteomics, protein phosphorylation, bacterial physiology and mathematical modelling of biological systems. The candidate will be required to independently carry out quantitative proteome and phosphoproteome measurements on Q-Exactive and Fusion instruments available at the DTU proteomics platform, and perform the associated data analyses. Further, the candidate will be expected to interface with molecular biologists regarding sample preparation, and with the modelling experts regarding data interpretation and integration.
