Description & Details:  A post-doctoral position is available starting April 15th 2016 or ASAP in the group of Associate Professor Lene N. Nejsum, Department of Clinical Medicine, Aarhus University, Denmark. The focus of the research group is regulation of body water balance with special focus on epithelial cells and the dynamic regulation of plasma membrane transport proteins in response to changes in water balance.

We are seeking a highly motivated, independent and talented post doc with hands-on experience in cell biology and microscopy/bio-imaging to study regulation of transport proteins involved in controlling body water balance. Experience with super resolution imaging and image analysis of super resolution data, is an advantage.

Applicants must have a PhD in molecular biology, cell biology, biophysics or equivalent. Good written and oral English skills are expected. Hands-on experience in bio-imaging and/or super resolution imaging with a proven publication record is preferred. CV must include names and contact information of 2-3 references.
