The department “Molecular Theory and Spectroscopy” at the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Energy Conversion in Mülheim an der Ruhr is presently looking for candidates for a Post-doc (f/m) with a PhD degree in theoretical chemistry or physics and experience in computational chemistry.

The post-doctoral position is available in the group of Alexander A. Auer(Dept. Professor Dr. Frank Neese) in molecular and heterogeneous catalysis, combined with computational chemistry.

The vacant position is to be filled as soon as possible, however the starting date is flexible. The position is initially for 12 months and is remunerated according to the labor agreement for public service (TVöD), E13. A prolongation is possible.
