Postdoctoral Fellow – Bioactive Food Systems at Massey University – Palmerston North, North Island- PhD in Food/Material Science or Food/Chemical Engineering or Pharmaceutical Sciences
The Massey Institute of Food Science and Technology (MIFST) is a world-class education, research and enterprise facility at Massey University. It is the leading and largest academic/research grouping in food and nutritional sciences in the Southern Hemisphere. MIFST is closely aligned with Riddet Institute Centre of Research Excellence, hosted at Massey University.
Applications are invited for two Postdoctoral positions for two years. You will be based at Massey University’s Turitea campus, Palmerston North and will join an experienced and innovative team drawn from the Institute’s partner organisations. As part of multi-disciplinary team, you will provide important contributions to the delivery of the research aims of Bioactive Food Systems programme, specifically in developing novel delivery technologies and food products containing bioactive compounds. The project is funded by the High Value Nutrition National Science Challenge (New Zealand Government).
