| A doctorate degree (PhD) in one or combined fields of plant or soil sciences, environmental technology, sociology, social or physical geography.
- A creative, critical and collaborative person with strong qualitative research skills.
- Capacity and curiosity for cross-disciplinary research within a systems approach.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate interaction with diverse research fields
- Experience in working with societal stakeholders.
- Fluency in Dutch (for fieldwork) and English.
