A 2 year postdoc position is available in the Disease Systems Immunology Group at Department of Biotechnology and Biomedicine, Technical University of Denmark with focus on RNA sequencing, biomarker discovery and integrative data analysis in the framework of disease immunology.
Responsibilities and tasks
We are looking for a talented colleague who can carry out independent research, and take active part in collaborations with a highly qualified team of dedicated postdocs, PhD students and technical personnel.
The right candidate will have solid experience with:
- RNA extraction and whole-genome sequencing methodologies
- Flow cytometry on immune cells in various tissues
- High-sensitivity immunoassays
- Integrative data analysis
- Collaborative Projects
- Scientific writing and publishing
Qualifications
Candidates should have a PhD degree or equivalent.
