We are seeking to recruit a creative and enthusiastic individual to undertake research on photocatalysis, in particular photocatalytic water-splitting. In this EPSRC-funded project, you will focus on the development and characterisation of new organic materials (both polymers and oligiomeric model compounds) for photocatalytic water-splitting. You should have a PhD in Chemistry or Materials Science with excellent analytical skills. You will work in the Department of Chemistry in Liverpool, with excellent facilities and access to state-of-the-art instrumentation for materials preparation and characterisation. The post is available for 3 years.
