Post-Doctoral Position in Molecular Cancer Biology- PhD in Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry-Apply Online
Background: A two years post-doctoral position is available at the GIGA-Research Institute of the University of Liege, Unit of Molecular Biology of Diseases (www.giga.ulg.ac.be). The candidate will conduct post-doctoral research in molecular cancer biology as part of an emerging team. By using a combination of pre-clinical mouse models, unbiased proteomics screening, functional analysis with patient-derived material, in vivo imaging and molecular dissection of cellular signaling pathways, our lab studies mechanisms of cancer cells adaptation through regulation of RNA modification and specific protein synthesis. The proposed project is part of a collaborative international network and is funded by prestigious grants.
